Next week we’re moving on to another category of vegetables: garlic, onions, and peppers. Your mental mission this week, just to get you mentally prepared for the Monday Mission, is to be cognizant while washing produce.
- How do you clean your fruits and veggies?
- For what purpose do you wash them?
- Do you do anything different with different items?
- What tools or sprays (if any) do you have for produce cleaning?
Also, if you’re not someone who uses fresh garlic, I’m going to challenge you to consider it. You might want to start gearing up for that mentally. If you’re anything like me, it might take years…You’ll be falling out of your computer chair with laughter when you read about my first escapades with fresh garlic!!
