Oh, this recipe was a life saver tonight, and my family loved it. We’ve been snowed in, and I was able to throw it together with items in my fridge and pantry. I’m hoping that some of the spinach even secretly made it’s way into my boys’ tummies. Thanks for your healthified tips, and spilling the secret about fennel seed. I may never buy italian sausage again! It was a hit and so easy. I love how you give us simple steps to take to feed our families better.
