My silicone mat doesn't fit my smaller and medium cookie sheet, and it has a problem with browning on the edge when it hangs off a bit...I'm thinking I should speak to the company and see if that's a health problem! We get most of our meat at Grassfields Farm in Coopersville, but Van Ball's has really great local meats (I asked a lot of questions the first time I went in!) when I want something fast.
