		<description>Beautifully said! IMHO one of our country&#039;s biggest shortcomings is that we fail to see motherhood and homemaking as a legitimate job. 

When you reach retirement age, all those years you spent working 24-7 receive exactly zero credit toward Social Security. We need to recognize, as a society, that a parent who stays home and raises tomorrow&#039;s citizens performs work that is every bit as important to the country&#039;s economy and well-being as the wage slaves who plod into a job every day.</description>
