Everyone tells me Twitter is the way to share my blog posts, yadda yadda.  So I’m doing it!  If you’re on Twitter, follow me and you’ll get scintillating updates on my life like:

  • 1st time canning tomatoes: up at 8:30 imm’ly peeling and cutting b/c g-ma already started! (So sleepy!) Finished: 2:30. Yowza. 21 pints!
  • I’m more nervous about the swine flu vaccine than the swine flu. Is that crazy?
  • Made HM choc ice cream with the neighborhood kids tonight – ice cream ball on our lawn. Don’t you wish you lived in my n-b-hood? :)
  • I’m a failure! I went shopping and found my empty plastic produce bag in my cloth shopping bag at the END of the shopping trip. New Habits!
  • Who says you can’t cry over spilled milk? When you break your jar of raw milk & have to clean up 1/2 gal of $6/gal milk, you get to cry!
  • “Upgraded” Sloppy joes tonight: w/lentils, beef heart, zucchini, sweet peppers, pumpkin, and blackstrap molasses.

I’ll try to remind you of your Monday Missions and give you hints about what’s to come at Kitchen Stewardship.  When you follow me, I’ll follow you back and learn a little about your lives, too!
