I love reading your story! It's so neat how we are gently led in the right direction, isn't it?

Interesting story/progression so far. :)

The last 18 months have been pretty dramatic for us: from refrigerator biscuits to gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free and thus having to make everything from scratch myself. And if that wasn't chaos enough, my evolving nutritional ideas finally found action in my kitchen.

I killed two birds (learning to cook a new way) with one fell swoop. I think we've made as many changes as we can with our budget, so now I can sit back and relax. I mean, sit back and keep baking from scratch. :)
