cfh yogurtI’m thrilled to offer one of my readers a chance to experiment in the kitchen!  Now you, too, can have random things fermenting and perking along in various places in your kitchen, too.  :)   Want to try water kefir?  Are you pining for the easiest way to make homemade yogurt ever?  Do you have your eye on another starter, like sourdough or kombucha?  I’m here to help.

Cultures for Health is giving away your choice of three of the following:

  • yogurt
  • buttermilk
  • sourdough
  • water kefir
  • kombucha (only for U.S. residents)

First check out my reviews (and get a little laugh) of water kefir and room temp yogurt.

When you’re ready to win the best giveaway KS has had yet, enter the contest by clicking to the Cultures for Health Kitchen Stewardship Giveaway and signing up there.  If you leave the box checked for the CFH newsletter, let me know and I’ll give you a bonus entry.

Record your entry as a comment at this post, along with any additional entries.  (If you receive KS via email, you will need to click over to the site to enter your comments.)  Obtain extra entries by doing the following.  You may leave all the entries in one comment and I’ll sort them out!

  2. Subscribe to the Cultures for Health newsletter.
  3. Browse through the yogurt and sourdough culture lists and tell me which one of each makes you drool on your keyboard the worst (i.e. which one you’d pick if you’re the lucky winner)!
