I like #1! I know you’ll talk about why we shouldn’t be afraid of full fat real foods, but there’s plenty in those other pictures we should be scared of, and I think it sends the wrong message. Pics 1 & 3 make me feel positive towards those types of fat, 2 & 4 make me feel very negative. Just my impression.

I like #3, it shows a full range of fats to be discussed and we all need to learn about “ALL” of them even the ones that really aren’t good!

I like the 2nd one, but only because it shows coconut oil. The 3rd one is probably best.

me too!! I’m still trying to convince hubby to not be afraid of it though.
