How about you?
Since I live in Michigan, you might buy our state’s apples at your store. We have orchards abounding, and what a great family day out a trip to the orchard makes. Visit Michigan’s apple growers!
Finer Things About Picking Your Own Apples
- The free hayride to get out to the field.
- Getting a half bushel for $9.50.

This is after a week of eating at least one a day per person!
- Waiting for the tractor to come back to get us and finding things to do with ground apples.

Just a little healthy competition! - A little apple keeps a 15-month-old busy the whole time.

Many thanks to my sister-in-law, who gets all the photo credits because Katie (a blogger, no less!) forgot her camera. Here she is with her new (a year married) husband, definitely outstanding in their field:

oooh…as a child, I lived in the Detroit area, and apple season is the one vivid memory I have of Michigan. I can still smell freshly pressed apple cider. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Katie! I just wanted to let you know that you have been featured again at Homemaker Monday for your post on abortion. I just wanted to ask you one thing. I have placed a photo of my current baby’s ultrasound as a representation of your message, but I also noticed that you have an ultrasound image on your post. If that is your baby, I would be MORE than happy to use that on my blog instead of the current photo. Just let me know. Thank you for linking a beautiful post. You’re the best!
