Cindy,

I often freeze half of that particular meal I griped about...in re-reading my own post, I thought, "Well that's kind of negative!" I think I was in a tired mood when I started it! But yes, absolutely freezing your Make-from-Scratch stuff is the way to go...and I have a few dz tortillas in my freezer as of tonight. Ahhhh....

Rachel,
When you refresh the page after posting your entry with this link plug-in, just click "cancel" and it won't post you twice. A little buggy detail! Or you can click in your URL bar and hit enter to refresh.
(I've double-posted myself already, too, so it's easy to do!)

Katie, you can make those yummy meals really quick. Just make extras when you make them and freeze. When lean ground beef is on sale I buy a bunch of it and have a "day in the kitchen" making up taco meat, stuffing peppers or cabbage, sloppy joes, meatballs, and browing some with onion and garlic for spaghetti sauce. That way when I'm tired/sick/indifferent, we can have a great meal quickly. Sometimes I'll then make meatloaf for supper and make up an extra one but freeze it before baking. These really come in handy on those rushed days! Thanks for the great site!
