		<description>I was experimenting one day and i came up with this Delicious milk shake called: Fruity Milk (don&#039;t ask lol)

Ingredients:1 cup Raw milk(or whatever type of milk you use),1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. coconut oil, 2 organic strawberries( doesn&#039;t have to be organic),1banana,and1/2 a cup of coconut and 1/2 a cup of thickening cream 

Pour the raw mile,honey,coconut oil, organic strawberries,banana,and coconut and thickening cream all into a blender.
blend until ready

pour and enjoy

I&#039;d love to see any of your ideas as a weekly carnival, especially the Monday Mission Accomplished.  It&#039;s always helpful to see how other people tackle these issues.

		<description>thanks for informing folks about how whole milk isnt making anyone fat! it is so tiresometo see everything &quot;fat-free&quot; these days.  my family drinks whole milk, uses butter, eats bacon regularly, we use lard, coconut oil , whole coconut milk... ect.and my hubby and I are of healthy weights for our height and so are our kids.
