Just want to say I am *really* looking forward to what you've learned in the phytic acid debate!! I've read murmurs of controversy elsewhere online, but never dug into it. I'm excited that you have been in conversation with the experts!

Happy New Year!

The Wanna Be Skillet Lasagna looks yummy. I'm also interested to see your rice pudding recipe. I came across and have been making an oh-so-easy and delicious slow cooker recipe for the pudding -- a way to use up the remainder of a gallon of milk before it spoils (which happened a couple of times). So between making my own yogurt and the rice pudding, I can safely use up a gallon of milk, which is more cost effective than buying a half gallon.
Hope you had a great Christmas with your family.

Would love to see a post/series on how to make your favorite recipes with whole foods ingredients! I am just finishing reading REAL FOOD, and definitely want to make some changes to our diet in the next year. There are lots of recipes that we love that I have been making lately and thinking how could I change/tweak this to make it more healthy?

Also looking forward to your search for a whole wheat bread. I would love to be able to make whole wheat bread at home and get away from store bought!

Thanks for all you do here at KS! I have loved reading your blog the last few months - it is definitely one of my must reads every day! :)

If you do a series about whole grain breads, you HAVE to try mine! I have tried so many recipes and finally settled on one I love. It is absolutely my go-to recipe and everyone I've made it for loves it. It's versatile, too -- I can make it dairy-free, or not, and with different flours (whole wheat, white, spelt, white whole wheat so far). The only trick left is to make it gluten-free, but I haven't had success with it yet.

Also I wouldn't mind doing a guest post for you, if you're accepting from other bloggers, depending on what you're looking for. I write on MANY different subjects! Debt-free living, recipes, and children seem to be my audience's favorites.

Merry Christmas!

My hubby is the same way about 'Christmas break' - but me, I'd rather take time off during the warmer months. Merry Christmas, Katie!
