I&#039;m guessing sensitive fats, like walnuts. But soaked and dried (crispy) nuts are more important to be cold, and sprouted even more. ??? I kind of count nuts as an &quot;optional&quot; in the fridge/freezer if I don&#039;t have room...  :) Katie</description>
