I totally agree with Peggy’s follow-up advice! Yes, real food does cost money. Every dollar is a vote of support. I’d rather my dollar support the local guy rather than the conglomerate.

Love this series!!! I especially liked the question about the one made-from-scratch food–Kimberly’s bread and Peggy’s bone broth. I think that these 2 foods nourish my family more than any other foods, both in nutrition and in sensory terms. I agree with Kimberly–it’s definitely a way that I LOVE my family!
