Great to get to know Lindsay and Donielle better. I think Donielle's story is amazing - I know some people with PCOS - oh, if only they were ready for real food. :) And Lindsay is right on with her thoughts about avoiding the "organic" craze and going local and natural.

Just wanted to alert your readers to a movie about Temple Grandin's life to premiere on HBO next Sat., Feb. 6. For those of you not familiar with her, she is an autistic woman who has written several books, earned a doctorate in animal science, and teaches at Colorado State University. She is very empathetic toward animals, with cattle being her main focus. She knows that people will continue to eat beef, so she has been instrumental in making their journey to slaughter as humane as possible. I've heard her interviewed several times on NPR, including just a couple of days ago where they were talking about the movie. She is a fascinating woman and the movie sounds very good. This would be one time that I wish I had cable.
She also advocates strongly her views on education for autistic children.
