Also, has anyone tried adding wheat gluten to their sprouted flour crackers?  hoping that might keep them together more...thanks Katie et al</description>

That def. happens, so just remove the crispy ones to a rack and put the doughy ones back in. Make sure you let everything cool 100% before storing; maybe that was your soggy problem? I hope those tips help :) Katie</description>
