As much fun as I have receiving products to review, one of the best parts of being a blogger is getting to bless my readers with big prizes like this one.

Nourishing and Allergy-Free Menu Plans

Sarah of Heart of Cooking runs a very comprehensive menu planner service thatimage really reaches a tough niche: those with food allergies, even multiple food allergies, who ask themselves practically daily, “What can I eat?”

If you need to avoid gluten, soy, dairy, nightshades, or are on GAPS, or even if you have some combination of food allergies, there’s a menu plan for you over there.

On the other hand, if you have zero food allergies but just want to eat nourishing foods, the Nourishing Foods menu planner takes advantage of the over 230 recipes on the site (plus 45 new ones each month).

You can even swap out recipes for others if something isn’t a good fit for your family’s palates, and the menu and grocery list will automatically update. (You get to see all the recipes.) This is some cool software!

Each week of menus includes:

  • Up to 7 entrees each week – can be breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe
  • Up to 7 sides each week – can be a dessert, ferment, drink, baked good, snack or side dishimage

There are even kid-friendly and cooking tips interspersed, plus a grocery list with each menu.

I can hardly scratch the surface of what Sarah offers, honestly, but you can read more about the menus and options here.

As far as the recipes, they are pretty awesome. How do Thai-Style Burgers or raw granola bars sound? And would you believe I’ve had “search for jicama recipe” in my calendar for a week – which is as long as the jicama has been waiting for me to figure out what to do with it – and she’s got a lovely Jicama Apple Lime Salad on this month’s plan? Providential!
