Too Busy? Out of Balance? FREE 3-class series!!

July 12th, 2011 · 2 Comments · What to Buy

Is that headline describing my life? Yes. Yours too?

I’m excited to share a new free resource from my friend Lisa Byrne, who just loves to give stuff away. Winking smile

She asks:image

  • Do you have this constant feeling like the days are "running" you?
  • Like you can’t quite get on top of all that you have to get done?
  • Do you feel like you’re spending way too much energy dealing with racing thoughts and things to remember and accomplish?

In case you missed it, I’m a perfect candidate for the free class. Sigh.

I’m due with baby no. 3 in a month, just moved into my in-laws’ house and stored all our stuff in a 10×20′ storage unit, can hardly FIND my to-do list, nevertheless complete it, and the Internet has only been talking to me 30% of the time today. Forget productive work! Gah!

Wanna join me to have some –

Calm, Productive Upbeat Days

?

Lisa is offering a 3-part series with two video classes and a live webinar (that you can also listen to after the fact). The class shares the most effective and powerful strategies she knows of to help busy moms have calmer, more productive, more upbeat days.   If you are familiar with Lisa’s work- you know she delivers high quality, content rich stuff in all she does…so when she offers a free class series, it really makes sense to jump on and get the goods! :)

The first video is titled:  How to Have Calm, Productive, Upbeat Days…Every Day and is available right now, right HERE.

This is what you’ll learn from it:

  • The truth behind what is really causing your days to feel scattered, overwhelmed and stressful.
  • The simple, straightforward way to have smooth, productive days regardless of what is on your to-do list or what kind of schedule you need to keep.
  • The 5 crucial elements that must be present in order to accomplish what is most important and to do it with balanced, calm, uplifted moods.

You can gain instant access to the whole series for free- all you need to do is register here and you can view the first TWO videos immediately.

Video Class #2:  How to find time to do what you love and get more accomplished.

Most time management advice is all wrong.  Well, more accurately it’s ineffective. Especially for busy moms.

If you have ever wished you had more time in the day to get all the things on  your to-do list done…

If you’ve ever felt like there is just no time for you, for your health, for your well being or for your own interests…

Or if you’ve ever felt like you keep pushing through the day trying to accomplish more but often feel more and more behind as you go…

Then THIS is the class for you!

Video 2 shares how to find time to do what you love and get more accomplished…every day.

Here’s what is covered:

  • Why most time management advice for busy moms is totally ineffective
  • Lisa’s counter-cultural advice that actually works…every time
  • A powerful exercise that will have you thinking completely differently about your daily to-do list
  • How to fit in doing things that you truly love everyday

Class 3 will be a LIVE webinar coming up July 18 at 4pm EST. The title is Superficial vs Satisfying (and Powerful) Self Care. If you’re interested- register now for all the free stuff and more!

Coming in August, you’ll also get reminders about a new program tentatively titled Hormone Secrets for Harmonized Living. Mine will be totally out of whack (hormones, that is) so I’m super curious to hear what Lisa has to say. You know she has a bunch of fancy letters after her name, right? That tells me she knows what she’s talking about!

Designed for Wellness CDs Available!

The average Internet user watches something like 180 videos online per month. I am not one of those people. I hate watching videos on the computer, actually, because I spend enough time in front of this screen.

If you’re a little like me, you might be interested in Lisa’s other new offering: her course for busy moms titled Designed for Wellness is now available on CD (oh, yes! Listen in the car! On your iPod!) Find out more HERE.

Lisa is also offering personal, individual coaching for those of you wishing you knew where to find a certified holistic health counselor in your area and are coming up empty. Learn more HERE.

A Sweet, Sweet Summer

I did take a week off from the Sweet, Sweet Summer series last week while we moved, but I’ll be back this week! The post today was supposed to be about maple syrup and maple sugar, along with the best strawberry shortcake recipe I’ve ever tried (that is, if I can get it online because I packed up every single one of my cookbooks in that storage unit!!!).

We had a crazy storm here yesterday and our power was knocked out from about 3:00 p.m. until 11:00.  While working was impossible, especially research, I’m just glad my freezer didn’t have to languish "unplugged" until Thursday, which was one earlier prediction! Yowza!

Therefore…the research posts are coming…never fear!

Have a lovely week!
