Happy Valentine’s Day!
I attempted to serve naturally colored pink pancakes this morning ’cause I’m such a fun mom…more on how that went next Tuesday in the Eat Well, Spend Less series on keeping food fun…
This is definitely a day to stay out of the restaurants and eat at home, so how to pamper yourself? Buy chocolate lotion!![]()
Renee at MadeOn loves having these lightning sales, where for just one day you get an amazing deal. If you haven’t tried hard lotion yet, or if you haven’t gone for the Au Chocolat (my guilty addiction), today’s the day:
The Au Chocolat pocket lotion bar (retail $7.50) is on sale for only a buck!!! (Family size is $3, regularly $12.95) Sale ends at midnight tonight, so hop on it!
While on the page, enter MadeOn’s giveaway to win a $35 gift certificate for MadeOn’s products (first prize) or a large Au Chocolat gift pack (second prize).
See the special secret page HERE.
I use my Au Chocolat every night before bed (and have even fallen asleep with it, much to my husband’s dismay in the morning when it’s stuck to his back). The pocket size really is perfect for a pocket, and your body heat warms it up so it’s even easier to apply.

Don’t forget, there’s also a sale on Smart Sweets through tomorrow at midnight: use the code VDAYYUM for 35% off!

Thank you so much for the notice about the hard lotion sale. I always take advantage of her great sales, but somehow wasn’t notified of this one. I just ordered a full and pocket size bar!

My hands are horrible right now. I decided to stop using chemical lotions, but I haven’t found a good replacement yet. I am so excited about this lotion. I can’t wait for it to get here. Thank you for telling us about it!

We did pink pancakes today, too. Beets are wonderfully versatile
The browning of the pancakes kind of hid their pinkness though. I don’t think my boys minded. They were happy with the hearts printed into their pancakes and the heart shaped butter.
