You  know you want to get going on a real food diet full of unprocessed foods, but where to start? Does it mean you’ll have to eat salads every day?

The answer is simpler than you think, and it doesn’t mean you’ll have to empty your cupboards and go on a trillion dollar shopping trip to buy only healthy food to eat or suddenly purchase nothing but natural, organic food.

It’s about taking one step at a time.

The Back to Basics series this month at Kitchen Stewardship will help you out, and I’m exploring the idea of the MOST important step you can take over at the Attune blog today.

You can read about MY first step, what surprised me in the process, and how to get inspired to take YOUR single most important step on the path to clean eating and an unprocessed food diet.

See you in the comments!

PS – anybody notice the irony of the cookies in the background of my picture of a healthy salad at the top? I had to use the photo when I noticed that! Winking smile

Welcome! Meet Katie.

I embrace butter. I make homemade yogurt. I eat traditional real food – plants and animals that God created, not products of plants where food scientists work. Here at Kitchen Stewardship, I share how I strive to be a good steward of my family's nutrition, the environment, and our budget, all without spending every second in the kitchen.
