You know you want to get going on a real food diet full of unprocessed foods, but where to start? Does it mean you’ll have to eat salads every day?
The answer is simpler than you think, and it doesn’t mean you’ll have to empty your cupboards and go on a trillion dollar shopping trip to buy only healthy food to eat or suddenly purchase nothing but natural, organic food.
