Baby Steps to Real Food video - a Google Plus Hangout replay

From husbands to Kroger chicken, from Spain to Grand Rapids, Michigan, I had a delightful conversation with three other real food bloggers Monday night – and you’re invited to soak up our wisdom (and silliness).

Kelly of Kelly the Kitchen Kop, Diana from My Humble Kitchen and Kate of Modern Alternative Mama joined me on the KS Connect *Plus* Google Plus Hangout to talk about "Baby Steps to Real Food."

Here’s the playback for your enjoyment (and no, you don’t have to be on Google Plus to watch):

If you can’t see the video, click HERE to watch it on YouTube.

I’ll be doing a KS Connect *Plus* on a real food or natural living topic about once a month, and I hope to see some of you "live" so you can ask questions of the speakers! If you have any ideas for topics you’re dying to hear about or other bloggers, authors, health professionals or plain old interesting people, I’d love to add them to my brainstorm list.

I’m kind of having fun figuring out what groups of people would be a good "fit" to bring on the show together, since I’m shooting for 2-3 guests each time. This one was easy, but not every topic is so obvious. I can’t wait to share some of the ones I have up my sleeve!

Welcome! Meet Katie.

I embrace butter. I make homemade yogurt. I eat traditional real food – plants and animals that God created, not products of plants where food scientists work. Here at Kitchen Stewardship, I share how I strive to be a good steward of my family's nutrition, the environment, and our budget, all without spending every second in the kitchen.
