One of my favorite and most unexpected parts of blogging has been the real friends I’ve made around the world and even in person. Donielle Baker at Naturally Knocked Up is someone I was fortunate enough to meet, hang out with, and even see Michael Pollan with. We’ve become great friends, and I’m very pleased to be able to share her latest success with you.
Naturally Knocked Up‘s mission is to “increase the odds of conception through natural living and nourishing foods.” Donielle is extending that mission in a new eCourse designed to share years of research and personal experience in the field of healthy fertility in a multimedia, interactive format that will allow the students to go even deeper than a book could possibly take them.
I keep thinking of people I know who I want to share this course with. It seems that my husband and I no sooner hear about a friend getting married than we hear about a struggle with infertility or miscarriage. Sometimes I feel, blessedly so, that I’m the only person I know who hasn’t had trouble conceiving or lost a child in utero.
The best part about this course , however, is its wide application. Yes, it’s perfect for anyone who is struggling to conceive, but that demographic alone diminishes the scope of the course. Really, any woman (or couple) of fertility age (what is that, 18-45 or higher nowadays?) who wants to have the healthiest system they can to prepare for a child immediately or in the long term future would benefit immensely from course topics. In my opinion, anyone who wants to be healthy, period, through diet and lifestyle, ought to check out the course.
Unlike other eCourses you may have seen recently, this is not a course about food. Here’s how Donielle begins to describe the course:
Infertility now strikes one in six couples, one out of five known pregnancies end in miscarriage, and our children are increasingly suffering from disease and disorders like ADD, autism, learning difficulties, behavior issues, depression, allergies, and asthma.
The conventional approach isn’t working!
Over the last century or so, our health has radically changed. We’re suffering from chronic and degenerative diseases and becoming infertile at alarming rates. Our modern world is making us sick and most us us just don’t know what to do about it. So much of our traditional thinking of conception has changed. The world we live in is flooded with toxins from both the food we eat and the homes we live in. We no longer know what “real food” looks like. Infertility automatically means medicalizing conception.
It’s time to become empowered and reclaim your natural fertility and have truly healthy babies.
This one-of-a-kind 12 week multi media course will be a breath of fresh air in an otherwise depressing world of unfortunate statistics. With these classes you will learn:
- How to cleanse your body of toxins
- Why common products you use may be contributing to your infertility
- What exercises can help you prepare your body for conception and pregnancy
- How to pin point ovulation
- What to eat…..and what not to eat
- Alternative treatments for infertility
But most importantly you will learn how to conceive and go on to have a healthy pregnancy and a truly healthy baby!
If your interest is even the slightest bit piqued, you need to click through to the course description to see the beauty of all 12 weeks explained. (I think I need the class on “Stress” myself, but I’ll let you see what else is calling your name.) Donielle even walks you through the finer points of an eCourse and how it will work. How wonderful to be able to learn in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace, right?
You can use the coupon code KITCHENSTEW through July 3rd for $26 off the cost of the course, which brings it down to a really affordable price of $70 for 12 weeks, less than $6 a class! Considering you’d easily pay $10-20 for a workout video in a retail store, the fact that week three includes a yoga video makes this course a steal already.
A Giveaway…Just Not Yet
I’m so excited that I get to give one lucky KS reader a free enrollment in this eCourse. I have to admit…I’m just not ready for another big giveaway after the Excalibur dehydrator one just finished, so y’all are going to have to wait until next week to enter. Donielle will refund the fees of anyone who purchases the course and then wins it, though, so no need to sit on your thumbs (or miss the coupon code) if you know this is the course for you!

Stay tuned for more to come on this eCourse in the next few weeks before classes start July 12th.
Disclosure: I am Donielle’s affiliate, so I do receive a portion of any sale that begins here at Kitchen Stewardship. However, as you may have noticed, I’d absolutely be sharing her course with you even without that affiliate agreement. Donielle is just wonderful!
