This nutrient-packed smoothie makes a great breakfast for kids!

- 1 1/2 cups frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth

- 2 tsp. lard, butter, or tallow (optional)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

- 1 capsule probiotic (2 servings)
- 1/2 tsp. desiccated liver
- 1 tsp. vitamin C (see resources page for varieties)
- 1/2 tsp. fermented kale and/or aquatic greens (chlorella and spirulina)
- 3/4 cups water (or a combination of water and milk)

Instructions
- Simmer the spinach in the broth, lard, and salt in a pan for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Place the spinach mixture and the remaining ingredients into the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
