Gluten-Free Sweet and Salty Snack Mix Recipe Kids Can Make

A sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy snack mix that kids will love to make and eat.




  1. Heat the oven to 325F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients and mix.
  4. In a small saucepan melt the coconut oil with the maple syrup.
  5. Pour the coconut oil over the dry mix and stir until well-combined.
  6. Spread the mixture on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Store in a covered container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to a year.
