When you have sour cream on hand, this is an easy way to ‘cheat’!

- 1/4 c. sour cream
- drizzle of honey or 2-3 drops of liquid stevia, to taste (note: some find that stevia can have an aftertaste, so be careful)
- 1-2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream and honey. Stir and serve!
