A nourishing drink that tastes like peach cobbler.
- 1 peach (home canned, fresh or frozen), peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yogurt or sour cream (or coconut milk yogurt or 1/4 cup water + 1 Tbsp. collagen)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. grass-fed collagen
- 1/2 capsule probiotics (1 serving)
- Pinch unrefined sea salt
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. camu camu powder
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
- 1/8 avocado (optional – adds thickness)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
