Description

Gut protecting applesauce to take while you’re on antibiotics.


Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 1/8-1/4 c raisins
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Core and cube the apples with skin on
  2. Add to a saucepan with raisins, cinnamon, and enough water to submerge the apples 1/3 of the way
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, until the apple skin is shiny
  4. Let mixture cool and blend
  5. Store in the fridge
  6. Take 2 tbsp 3 times a day while on antibiotics
