- 2 Tbs. unrefined sea
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbs. onion powder
- 3/4 Tbs. turmeric
- 1 Tbs. dried oregano
- 1 Tbs. non-fortified nutritional yeast (optional)
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well blended.
- Pour into a 4-oz. mason jar or shaker and cover with a lid.
- Store at room temperature.
- Use as desired on meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, stews, pasta, and salads.
- The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
- You can add extra seasonings to the base recipe to make it your own. Some options include celery salt, dried basil, cumin, pepper, dried sage, and dried parsley.
