A simple, nourishing smoothie topped with festive pomegranate seeds, chia seeds and grapes.
- 1 1/2 cups plain whole milk yogurt (regular or greek) or coconut milk yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- 1 capsule or teaspoon probiotics (whatever kind you use) (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. grass-fed collagen
- 1/2 small avocado
- pinch unrefined sea salt
- 1/2 cup green grapes, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Combine the yogurt, syrup, probiotics, , and avocado in a blender. When ready to serve, blend on high until well mixed and thick.
- Pour the smoothie into serving bowls.
- Top with grapes, pomegranate seeds and chia seeds.
