My experience: Our family uses Just Thrive more than any other option, simply because it’s affordable enough for the whole family to take it; and, being spore-based, it has some qualities that many other probiotics don’t. I like that it can be taken during a round of antibiotics. And over the years, spore-based probiotics have been recommended for Crohn’s disease, which my husband used to have, so it’s certainly in my kids’ genetics.
